In the event that a product or service is listed at an incorrect price for any reason, including, without limitation, due to supplier pricing information, typographical error, or any other error, Canadadollarstore.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Canadadollarstore.com shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. Video content about an item, including recorded programming, is offered only to provide information about the features of that item. It may not reflect present prices, promotional offers or availability.
Customers who wish to return their merchandise because they are simply not satisfied with the item(s) may do so within 10 days from the date of receiving the purchase. The merchandise must be in its original packaging and the item must be currently carried on our website. Customers will bear the cost of return shipping. Note. Returns will not be accepted without prior contact or authorization from your salesperson. Orders are shipped via Courier, Canada Post or Canadadollarstore.com’s local Partners. Estimate transit time (1-7 Days) will differ depending on shipping location. All orders will be shipped within 24 -48 hours of confirmation.
